The hotel itself is very modern, well maintained, clean and is prone to sustainability, the staff members are very friendly and helpful at all times. Especially our lovely Ms Bho, she was super sweet, very polite and helped with anything we needed. In the hotel there is a little supermarket, gym and of course pool and if you come in early you can catch the ice cream cart and get a free, tasty ice cream. In the hotel you can also find entertainment such as ps5, table football and ping pong table. And just 5-10 min walk away there is an outlet mall with different restaurants. And of course, as this hotel is sustainable, you can refill drinking water for free.

wonderful area and surroundings with nature full of beautiful trees, flowers, grass. Possible to do many sports even horse riding. We enjoyed everyday running outside around golf course. Beach was perfect with full equipment, possibility to do water sports. Meals very delicious, we had half board and appreciated to try more restaurants around and also choice to switch lunch or dinner. Thank you for such amazing experience in your resort. Hopefully coming back soon :)

Fantastic Staff throughout the Resort - very pleasant, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Qe were made feel very welcome. We enjoyed the various restaurants throughout the resort - plenty of choice to suit all tastebuds. Excellent breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend JA Resort for a very relaxing holiday. I reached earlier than my check in time but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They provided me early breakfast and also arranged a room for me super quickly. My sincere shout-out to Nikita in particular, she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and making the arrangements super quick and easy. She definitely deserves a raise.
