Amazing resort with so much to do. We went there as a family of 4 with two infants, and decided to stay in a suite to allow more space / babies could sleep in separate rooms. The room was tidied to high standard every day. There is so much to do even for little ones (we have one toddler), from the splash area to the different pools, to the beach and creche. The staff were overall excellent and super nice (bartender at Palmito pool was exceptional!). Highly recommend!

There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!

I can highly recommend the hotel, especially if you have a night flight and need to get to the airport fast. We got some compliments for the kid as soon as we arrived. I would like to thank the front officer Talha who welcomed us with love and care and gave us the best he had! It was an excellent stay!

I reached earlier than my check in time but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They provided me early breakfast and also arranged a room for me super quickly. My sincere shout-out to Nikita in particular, she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and making the arrangements super quick and easy. She definitely deserves a raise.
