Castle was big, but we liked Berat's better.
Castle was big, but we liked Berat's better. Hills are brutal to climb. Cars going in opposite directions on the same street are often a problem. If you are not on the main streets, gps will tell you to make near impossible turns. The old town has a very pleasant atmosphere, the nearby mountains are a good place for tourism and relaxation. Drivers in the city drive without following traffic rules and often do not give you the right of way at roundabouts- be careful!Guest review byKIRILBulgaria
