We had a wonderful stay at Ferdinand Residence! The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. All the furniture and amenities were brand new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was good, fresh, and varied. Delicious coffee included with breakfast (it's normal to pay for coffee from the bar if you want to), and warm pastries really made the mornings feel special. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet at night.

A very positive experience at Del Sol – highly recommended Our stay at Del Sol in Himara was a very good experience. The place was clean, quiet, and well-organized, with all the necessary conditions for a comfortable vacation. The owner and her son were very, very kind! We arrived late at night for check-in, and everything around was closed. We were exhausted, and she kindly offered us some water so we could relax. It might seem like a small gesture, but in that moment, it meant a lot to us. The room was small but beautiful and cozy. Breakfast was okay, but she made a delicious dessert I’m not sure exactly what it was, but it was amazing!

Very good location and stunning view on the beach and the sea from all rooms balconies. It’s a family managed hotel and they are super cool and kind! It’s calm outside during the night in this part of Himarë, which is a good point too.

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the moment you arrive. The town is small but full of charm, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. You’ll find everything you need: beaches, restaurants, little shops, and a touch of authentic Albanian hospitality. The beaches are truly the highlight. From the main Himarë beach along the promenade to the smaller coves near Prinos, the water is crystal clear and inviting. Street parking is free and accessible. For those who love exploring, having a car is a must—nearby treasures like Porto Palermo, Aquarium Beach, and Gjipe (which requires a short but rewarding 2 km hike) are absolutely worth it. Himarë has both the charm of a quiet village and the energy of a seaside town. You’ll enjoy fresh seafood, traditional Greek-Albanian dishes, and the simple pleasure of strolling along the corniche at sunset. It’s not overly touristy yet, which makes it feel authentic and special. The only thing I didn’t like? That our stay was too short! Two nights are not enough for Himarë: it deserves much more time to be discovered and enjoyed. And next time, I won’t leave without trying the famous Greek gyros at one of the local restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a mix of beautiful beaches, authentic culture, and a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. Himarë is definitely a destination to return to.

    Very cozy little town, amazing mountains.

    Very cozy little town, amazing mountains. Has everything you need. Several grocery stores. Nice people, program options, hiking, crystal clear water everywhere, free beach, sunbeds if you want. Pleasant evening music. Good restaurants. The Great Chimara tour was amazing!!!

    Himare is the perfect beach getaway - everything you need while not being too big or too crowded. Access to water activities and other close beaches. Furre Buke - Pastiçeri Himara just out the back - everything there was delicious.

    Himare is a nice small village right on the beach, perfect for enjoying seaside views and easy water access. It can get a bit crowded, especially during peak times, but it’s still easy to reach. Overall, it’s a charming spot that combines natural beauty with convenience, making it popular for visitors looking for a relaxed coastal vibe without too much hassle.

    You avoid the noise and the chaos of Himara city, by selecting this property, which is located in the old village. From there, you can reach in like 10 minutes drive the beautiful beaches of Himare, Potam or Livadh.

    Himara is a beautiful place, but very expensive for what they offer. Some beaches are like 20 to 25 euro for the umbrella and seats, but they let you not use own food, and you should buy, the 15 euro for pasta that is not worthy. If you have a car and hunt in the deep you can find very nice beaches. The most beautiful part was the sunset on the boat which was 25 euro, worth spending.

    Property was in extremely close proximity to the centre of Himare and the facilities were exactly as shown in the photos. Coffee pods, extra towels and beach towels, washing powder, bathroom essentials, iron and everything you need were provided! Xenia the host was amazing at showing us the property, organising boat tours, recommending restaurants and local beach’s. Apartment had a nice sea view and was by far our best accomodation in Albania!

    EVERYTHING! the room was big and comfortable. the hotel beautifully decorated. 10 minute hike away from Filikuri beach, which was our favourite beach in all of Albania! 10 minute walk from the Main Street with markets and restaurants and beaches. We liked the place so much we booked 2 more nights in this hotel :)) Free wifi, Free parking Amazing staff! helped us with everything. Really recommend staying in Himara!

    Beautiful hotel in an amazing location in Himare. Our room overlooked the water and was very comfortable and clean. The whole place is well decorated and you can tell the owners really take pride and care about their guests. A 1 min walk to the beach and the boulevard where you will find all the restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great and there was parking onsite.

    After travelling around Albania, the Sea View Hotel provided a lovely opportunity to relax and unwind by the pool or on the beach. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast was excellent. No issues with WiFi in the room or by the pool.

    Apartment is quiet spacious( 2 rooms) with a huge balcony. We enjoyed having some coffee there. The owners of the hotel are very friendly people and always available through WhatsApp. The center of the Himare is a few minutes walk. It will take around 10 min to the beach.
