Hotel beautifully located, super comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts. What I will never forget is the staff, friendly, smiling, good, helpful people. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with an elegant décor. The hotel was in a prime location. I would call it indeed a hidden paradise right near our great Palasa and Drymadhes. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure my friend and I were comfortable. I will stay there when I come back! This was my second stay at the hotel, and I must say, the experience this time was completely different — in the best possible way! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the amazing reception team. Both the ladies and the gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Compared to my first stay, where the service felt a bit distant and less personal, this time everything was smooth, friendly, and perfectly organized. It was clear that the staff went above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. The check-in process was fast and pleasant, the room was spotless and comfortable, and any questions I had were answered with patience and care. The level of professionalism and hospitality was truly impressive. Thank you once again to the reception team for turning a good stay into an unforgettable one.
