The Breakfast was one of the exciting things about my experience. I loved that breakfast slot was from 7am - 11am which gives guest time to have breakfast. The Location was good as there are bus stop close to the hotel which is 4mins, and 8 minutes walk away. The staff are very attentive and responsive. Offering me a welcome drink to help with dehydration when I arrived was a top-notch customer experience feeling for me. On my first day, I did not have a charging adapter and I asked for one, I was directed to a store where I could buy it. On my 3rd day, I wanted to have a taste of the local cuisine and I asked the receptionist for recommendations which they gave me

My stay at Vila Jasmine was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. Beautiful hotel with luxury service! Fantastic roof top bar with delicious cocktails and panoramic city views. Excellent service, especially room dining, we got our favourite fish, which was not included in menu very fast. Nice gym, breakfast, everything is on highest level
