We arrived in the dark and woke up to such beautiful natural surroundings! The cabins are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. They are literally just 30 meters from The Blue Eye. The staff who greeted us were incredibly kind and warm, providing amazing service throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious - just be sure to let them know in advance if you’re vegetarian. The off-season price was truly great as well. It’s an incredible place that beautifully respects nature while still offering great, comfortable, affordable, and unique accommodations. We’d definitely recommend it!

The place is phenomenal. In the heart of beautiful Albania A breathtaking view. the sunset and a sunrise that's hard to explain. It's a shame we only stayed one night. We could have stayed another week without a problem. Peace and tranquility, close to the Blue Eye. The lady and her son are so friendly And an excellent breakfast.

We had a nice stay at the villa. It is a heavenly place !! right in the middle of nature, with lots of trees and flowers. 5 min walk to the blue eye 👌 The team, especially the young man, was very dedicated and attentive to us. Breakfast is great as well , next to the river 🥰 The flat was a bit humid, but overall very comfortable. One small downside was the lack of information about the on-site restaurant, which is closed during the low season. Fortunately, we had a car and were able to drive to a supermarket about 30 minutes away. Also, just be aware that access to the property is limited to certain hours due to a gate at the entrance. Apart from that , it is very beautiful :-) we definitely recommend villa Syria Kalter 😁

Thanassis is the greatest host, warm, friendly and accomodating. His somewhat remote place rewards you with new and spotless rooms, great views, a fantastic breakfast with local products and otherworldly serenity! Was there with my adventure bike, stayed for two nights and when I left, it felt that I was there for a whole week. The last 2,7 kms to Bujtina KOEL are off-road (starting from St. Mary's church in Labovë), but are manageable even with a normal car if you are careful. Just follow the blue signs to Bujtina KOEL. If you miss the first one, as you will be coming from the West into the village of Labovë, turn left when you face the church in front of you. We had low expectations of the place because everything around was pretty empty and very old and quiet, but when we entered the hotel we had the good vibes from the workers and family, the views from the room was so beautiful, workd cannot explain. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, it's not something we had before , it was kind of home food which was very interesting and tasty. Near the hotel there is a soccer field that is available for playing and working out if needed

The warmth of the staff puts this up a notch - extremely pleasant, professional and helpful with recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was solid. If you're going by car and trying to visit a few places around the Drino Valley, this is almost certainly the most convenient spot. A lot of new amenities (central heating/AC, rainfall showers) were nice, though a little complicated to figure out, but staff got it sorted. Very good hotel at a solid price.
