We had the best time at this cozy hotel in Dilijan. Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Everything we tried was delicious. As for the staff, they were great. They were so nice and helpful. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. Everything was better than we expected. We’ll definitely come here again and this time we’ll even stay longer.

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. It’s beautiful, clean, cozy, thoughtful and kind staff. Mary the manager is professional, cares about good service and speaks English well. Also, this hotel has amazing grounds, perfect for a weekend weddings or any social events and parties. It has a great dance floor, bar, lounge area, restaurant, banquet area, and romantic balconies off the restaurant right on the river. I’m writing this great review because they deserve it not because I was asked to do so. Loved this hidden gem!

The staff is the best here! Accommodating ladies at the reception and very friendly waitresses at the restaurant. The rooms are new and quiet. The view is great too. A very professional massagist works here, and I highly recommend taking a massage.

The location is absolutely breathtaking—nestled in the forested hills of Dilijan, with views of the mountains and sunsets from the balcony that made me pause and breathe deeply. But more than the physical beauty, it was the people who made this stay unforgettable. The team here—from the owner to every single staff member—was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Despite any language barrier, they understood what I needed and always helped with such heart. They made dishes for me even when it wasn’t on the menu, surprised me with sweet treats, and offered support with sincerity that’s rare even in hospitality. The rooms are beautifully done, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and stylish—and there’s a calm, quiet soul to the entire place. It feels personal, intentional, and full of heart.     A great place to be away from the noise of the city, beautiful nature, a cozy garden, the room was very clean, the owners of the guesthouse are very warm, hospitable and good people, I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this warm and comfortable place.

    Dilijan is a heavenly place, one should visit definitely, especially Parz Lich. The nature is attractive, air is always fresh and healthy. There are lots of places for spending time with pleasure and enjoy life!!! The food is delicious everywhere without doubt!

    Dilijan never disappoints.

    Dilijan never disappoints. It's the perfect mix of fresh mountain air, relaxing nature, and family-friendly activities. We’ve been here several times, and each visit brings something new. This time, we spent a lot of time outdoors — the walking trails are clean and peaceful, and the views are stunning. We also found it very easy to get around with our toddler. The town feels safe, the people are kind, and the food is always fresh and tasty. If you're traveling with kids, this is one of the best places to visit in Armenia.

    The location was very nice and magical view of the Dilijan forest and mountain. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the personnel were also very nice and helpful. It is a resort that we will come back to to relax and enjoy nature. The sauna, pool, table tennis, billiard, massage, and breakfast were also amazing.
