new hotel near the central train station. staff were very friendly, especially the young lady receptionist, rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. coffee, tea and kettle in the room was a bonus. walking distance to metro, if you are not looking for a hotel in the historical center and you are fine with 10 mins walk to the metro station. you should seriously consider this hotel.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

As a veteran traveller staying in three star hotels across Eastern Europe, I say that accommodation does not come better than the Pallada. You have a spotlessly clean room with excellent furnishings, A/C and a totally modern bathroom in a hotel with very friendly staff and shared tea/coffee/water facilities. Further, you are two minutes walk from the iconic Republic Square in the centre of Yerevan and about four minutes from the nearest Metro Station. Think Marriott Armenia Hotel but with a focus on style rather than luxury and at a fraction of the price. Speaking of price, the Pallada offers tremendous value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel's location is unbeatable – central and highly accessible. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and we truly appreciated the special requests they granted for my kids. Their warm welcome made my kids' Christmas extra special. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a delightful array of selections.A special mention goes to the morning shift receptionist, Anna, if my memory serves me correctly. The location is extraordinary. Everything is a walking distance and there is a safe parking area right next to the building in front of the church. Tip 200drahm the man who is in charge of the parking. We liked the big room with a lot of space and private bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean. The wifi signal was strong and reliable. The landlord Bagret made us feel at home and his vegan breakfasts were delicious. Higly recommend 👍
