We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner.

As a veteran traveller staying in three star hotels across Eastern Europe, I say that accommodation does not come better than the Pallada. You have a spotlessly clean room with excellent furnishings, A/C and a totally modern bathroom in a hotel with very friendly staff and shared tea/coffee/water facilities. Further, you are two minutes walk from the iconic Republic Square in the centre of Yerevan and about four minutes from the nearest Metro Station. Think Marriott Armenia Hotel but with a focus on style rather than luxury and at a fraction of the price. Speaking of price, the Pallada offers tremendous value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.
