Location is great with excellent views over the mountains. The pool was a good refresher after a long and dusty day. Nice restaurant and good breakfast.

In general, perfectly designed. In my bathroom there was a wall with stones that were covered with green plant (moss?) which looked extremely fresh and made it feel even more close to nature (oops, didn’t take a pic). Breakfast and dinner were amazing, all fresh and tasty. If you go to Yeghegis specifically for animal watching and birdwatching, ask the host to give the tips and maybe even help early morning 6am - they are all in the big rock in front of the hotel area. Was great for my guests - they complained that we didn’t stay there for more nights 😅

The house is truly charming, built in wood with large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains. You immediately feel connected to the surrounding nature. A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd. Such a beautiful location in the nature, I took a walk on the nearby hill every evening with beautiful view on the valley and the fortress. Everything renovated with a lot of love for details. The family is very hospitable and flexible, the mother prepares the best Gata and lovely breakfast and teaches you about Armenian culture and tradition. Everything very clean and comfortable beds! Will come back.

Very kind and friendly hosts. This was the cleanest and most comfortable property we stayed in Armenia. Very nice central location if you are travelling through Armenia, but also perfect for longer stays. We stayed here two times when travelling to Tatev and also on the way back.
