If your travelling back from Cafayete and want to stay outside Salta, then Chicoana is a great town and this hotel is a great, relaxing, tranquil place. This is despite being very near the square and bar/ restaurants. The room we stayed in was large and stylish. Big bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and gardens were so relaxing and well cared for. Just what we needed after a 3 day road trip.

Carlos and Carla are wonderful hosts and human beings. We felt privileged to stay in their rustic farmhouse home. We had a private room and bathroom overlooking their beautiful garden. The shared dining / lounge area was lovely.  We were due to move on but would happily have stayed much longer. Breakfast was excellent and one evening we had a restaurant quality meal prepared by Carla using locally produced ingredients. If we came back to Salta area we would definitely stay with them again.

The owners were lovely people that went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay. Always happy to answer any questions and even help however they could. The area is really pretty and a short walk gets you to the shops to get what you need. A bunch of activities in the area such as horse riding, hiking, fishing to keep you entertained - we really enjoyed it.

    The hotel is in the city center, we arrived a bit early and our room wasn’t ready yet. The staff quickly finished it and it was very nice. The garden was great! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. We had everything we needed.

    We were the only guests during our stay, but the personnel was very helpful and friendly. They prepared breakfast only for us. The hotel is right in the center and there is a good restaurant at the square. They offered free secure parking.
