Great location, right in the center of this superb old town. We were offered 2 big apartments on the top floor, both very big and newly furnished. We didn't had breakfast but we had a great evening meal, the restaurant is excellent! The owner warmly welcomed us and he was there all the time in case of any need. Parking right in front of the hotel, the entire central square is open for parking and it costs 0,50 Eur / hour until 18:00 on working days. The hotel kindly offers some free parking coins for the guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice dinner even if we arrived 5 minutes after kitchen closed. Clean room and bathroom. Rich breakfast and free parking near the building.

It was an excellent hotel with outstanding mother/daighter running it. They were extraordinarily generous to us when we faced the atrocious storms which did so much damage in Austria and elsewhere. We left early because of the weather and the team was brilliant in helping us. Before that, even little touches like fresh milk in our room for tea when we got in at the end of the day showed their standard of hosting. Absolutely wonderful.

A lively evening on my bike trip. The hotel is like walking into your grandparent’s hunting lodge, warm and cozy. The meals are well-priced and delicious. On my way into the Gasthof, coming from the east, I was able to stop into a Spar for evening treats.

The hotel is located in a small remote town, in a beautiful part of the Vachau. It is a very friendly place. The rooms are small, but dinner in the garden is nice. The breakfast was very nice, offering plenty to chose from.

Wonderful hotel with lovely view of the Danube River. The rooms are large and very comfortable, and we found the breakfast to offer a nice assortment. The architecture of the hotel is quite beautiful, inside and out!

The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, clean and very convenient to the the EuroVelo bike path. The breakfast was good. There's a nice viewing point on the river bank in front of the hotel.
