Hotel location was perfect for access to the ski lift. All the staff were so friendly and helpful,we were met with a very friendly welcome upon arrival. The lady on the bar always remembered what drinks we liked. The staff in the dining room were excellent as was the food! The buffet style breakfast was huge and varied. We arrived on Christmas Eve and enjoyed a Gala Dinner…..amazing!

The room was spacious and has a huge amount of storage. We liked the benefit of a balcony. the breakfast was amazing and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and the saunas are a pleasure after a long day of skiing. n

It was our best stay of our European alps trip! Beautiful rooms, sauna which was a bonus, and very personable friendly staff. The breakfast was also amazing with everything you could want! All round a very high quality experience.

It was a highly pleasant stay. I almost liked everything regarding the hotel. Staff was very friendly, breakfast and dinner were so delicious. Room was so clean and has a nice balcony. Ski gondola was almost next to hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again next year.

    very helpfull and friendly staff, great tasty food, big tidy rooms with nice bathroom and sauna (!), great beds, great terras with marvellous view, ski locker is very easy accesible, you are very close to one of the main lifts (50 m walk + stairs), returning from ski, you have slopes directly to the hotel, good welness facilities, after ski-hut in front of hotel is very nice and great plus, great location in the ski-area, elaborated wine cellar, easy parking,

    Breakfast and dinner (halfboard) was excellent which I recommend. Hochgurgl doesn't really have much restaurants available apart from the hotels so getting this in the hotel would make most sense. Natalia was an excellent waitress and helped make sure that kitchen/cook took into consideration her food allergie.

    Continental buffet breakfasts are always good, and this one was exceptional. Hotel is so close to slopes and ski rental and ski school, so everything is easy. Ski instructors were great with the children.
