This is a well managed family boutique hotel which boasts new, clean and sharp rooms. They are generally spacious and the balconies have beautiful scenic views. The breakfast quality is also very good! The family that manages this hotel is very helpful and available for any support. Excellent accommodation, 5 min from Zell am See, 3 min from Kaprun by car, ski bus stop opposite the property. Excellent SPA center with swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, hygiene in the entire facility is excellent. Ski room and storage space for skis and ski boots with heaters. Large and nicely arranged studio apartments 50m/k. An ideal place between two ski centers that can be reached quickly and easily. Free parking is provided in front of the building itself. Good breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely come again.
