Centre of Krimml, very clean, lovely quiet room with modern facilities, excellent walk in shower and stunning views. No undercover parking for our motorbike but was secure in their car park and no issues. Ate dinner on the front terrace, excellent food, service and local wine. Will return

A perfect experience! Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus impressed us with its exceptional location right next to the Krimml Waterfalls and breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a wonderful view of the waterfall, the mountains, and the beautifully maintained surroundings. The food was delicious and varied, served with care. Everything is arranged with attention to detail and a warm atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – full of authentic charm, warmth, and natural beauty. We would gladly return!

Everything was perfect: location with a panorama view over the town and mountains, our balcony had fascination view on the waterfalls; rooms are big, clean, modern, all materials are of top quality; great breakfast, super cozy restaurant area; amazing sauna and relaxing area, top new!!!; host and staff are super friendly and helpful to make your stay just perfect. Very nice and friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel included in the price of accommodation. Practically furnished rooms. I appreciate the restaurant with very good homemade food and good beer and the cheerful lady who serves there. The proximity of the hotel to the waterfall.

The hotel is perfectly located. The hotel owner advised us to leave the car next to the hotel and after 20 minutes we were at the Krimml waterfalls. We liked the room, large and with a balcony, and a bright bathroom. Very clean. During meals, we could admire the view of the mountains from the hotel terrace. We liked the breakfast very much, there was a large selection of products. The service was very helpful and nice. We'd love to go back there again!

    The waterfalls were awesome.

    The waterfalls were awesome. Even better than photos suggest. Was quite busy on the perfect Summer’s day we were there, so parking was at a premium- I’d aim to arrive early if your situation is the same. Definitely worth a visit, and a quite full afternoon to climb the steep but well manicured path to the top. Take plenty of drinking water for the climb.

    As mentioned previously Krimml is a tiny Mountain village...

    As mentioned previously Krimml is a tiny Mountain village made famous for the nearby waterfalls cascading down the cliffs. Not much else to do but hiking and climbing and enjoy it’s beautiful setting. Early in the season - end of April, early May - there are very few if any dining out opportunities but the local grocery store has limited frozen ready-to-eat meals available. However, our rental apt. had no microwave oven but an electric stove. Definitively worth a stop-over for the nature lover!

    Krimml with Waterfalls is definitely a must-see in the...

    Krimml with Waterfalls is definitely a must-see in the region. Best is to take the taxi to the upper falls and walk down, which is 6,9km steep downhill and will take it`s toll. Trying to climb up is only for well trained people and mountaineers only! A drive from Zillertal across the nearby Gerlos Alpenstrasse is recommended! But watch the free roaming cows, which may appear on the road at any given time!

    We spent a wonderful New Year's week at this hotel. The staff is very attentive and polite. We arrived late and upon request they kindly brought dinner to our room. The room was large and warm. The spa area is small but very clean. Breakfasts were varied. The dinners were very tasty and beautifully presented. The waterfall and the park around it are beautiful. Zillertal Arena is a wonderful ski area.

    Very convinient location for exploring neighbourhood. Good local pub, some stores closeby, that would let you buy everything you need for a hike or other nature adventure. Cool musical fountain nearby. Breakfast was good and hosts were very kind and helpful.

    Good location (pizza is on first floor), super market is on the same street. With payment for apartment you could visit Krimml waterfall for free. Waterfall is amazing and must-see!
