Since the first beginning everything went so easy. Fast check-in (regardless of the fact that we arrived much earlier than official check-in time). Perfect parking, nice surrounding, restaurant is amazing! We were group of 10 people and we had the same table for breakfast as well as for dinner - every day! Food is more than excellent, local beer is very tasty. We did not have any problem during our 5 days stay. Dogs are welcome. Good starting point to visit Mariazell, Ötschergräben, Lunzer See, Trefflingfall etc. This ancient monastery is like something out of a fairytale!

    The environment as well as the appartement is fascinating. Lackenhof is a piece of treasure during summer. If you like hiking, love nature, you just cannot pick a better place. The options where to go or what to do are endless. It is a must-visit. The owner is a local guy (fluent also in English), who literally knows everything. Beyond the lovely appartement we got excellent insights and tips about destinations, restaurant, hiding treasures. Thank you, once again!

    Nice, comfortable apartment, fully equipped, located close to lift and pefect restaurant with pizza and other foods. Toilet was on the floor outside of apartment, but fully dedicated just to us, so no problem. We were happy there and enjoyed it very much. Wilde wunder card is super for summer vacation, used it for lifts in Lackenhof, Mariazell and Mitterbach and also for entry to Otschergraben canyon and discount for train connection. Can recommend to others.

    All! The best owner, the best accommodation! Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, spacious, the kitchen is also equipped with everything. I really liked the division of the rooms. If we visit Lackenhof, we will definitely come back here, we spent pleasant days here. The lift is within walking distance (although it is a little more difficult in ski boots than in snowboard boots).

    Breakfast was sufficient, fresh vegetables were also on offer. The location of the hotel is excellent, small sauna was pleassnt, friendly and helpfull staff.
