Lofer is a beautiful small town with a lot to offer surrounded by big mountains. There is everything you need, great public transportation and kind people. We visited multiple glens and took a cable car for a trip above Lofer. Fully furnished ground floor apartment in a beautiful family house. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. From the terrace in front of the apartment there is a view of the surrounding mountains. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The ski lift in Lofer is accessible on foot (about 800 m). There is also a Spar nearby. Unbelievable mountain view. Excellent value for your money indeed. We got the visitors card, which we used for the near cable rail for free and the Seisenbergklamm in Weissbach for free. Cable rail does bring you to the Almenworld Lofer, which is magical. The Tourist information office in Lofer works lovely as well. Really a very nice and pleasant stay.
