Very friendly, helpful and professional family team run the hotel. Classic Austrian alpine decor and cleanliness. More than tolerant of our two young energetic kids threatening to destroy the peace! Ski bus runs like clockwork every 15min to the two main lifts in St Anton and stops a stones throw from the hotel. We also used the same bus to travel for free from the train (terminal West) station to the hotel. Nice spa facilities. Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Dinner is reasonably priced and flexible if doing half board.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Special regards go to Robert, who was extremely attentive to our requests. What surprised us is that a month prior to our stay he asked if we have booked a New year eve party already and we said we didn't, he help us arrage everything and it was a great memorable party. Thank you, Robert, you the man! I hope this place stays the same so I can travel there every winter! For those travelling to Sankt Anton - visit WellCom spa center. It is too cheap to be true.

Everything. The facilities, quirky decor, spa, pool, service, breakfast, incredible meals, sitting by the fire in the beautiful bar, your skis and boots sitting ready for you in morning, the free popcorn machine and candy stall in the foyer, the real fire in the room and the balcony with a Mountain View. Did I mention the staff? This beautiful team of people are incredible.
