I had an amazing stay at Jaga in Rattendorf! The location is perfect, the apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived we were made so very welcome by all the staff we met. The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice for each course and served very professionally. The room was modern and clean and the pools (indoor and outdoor) were very much appreciated on a hot day. Being served a glass of something cold whilst sitting in the hot tub is something that will always be remembered!

Nice location. Heated pool was a plus. Staff were welcoming & took good care of us throughout our stay. The suite was nice & clean & the balcony was a bonus for some fresh air. Loved the hanging swing chairs in the spa area. We were there 3 nights, and the food selection was great, not repetitive (loved the coffees at the bar). We kept our expectations low about the kids' noise level going into a family resort, but it wasn't bad at all. They kept the kids happy (with sugary drinks) with a nice play area, so they weren't much of a bother to the adults.

    Location is very Good, 5mins drive to ski,just 2min walk to crosscountry ski, apartment really nice, nice design, all new, very comfortable and cosy, great with kids too, only negative is that the walls could be thicker (kids awake you)

    We stayed at this hotel for a few days with our young child and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with the soothing sound of a nearby stream adding to the charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food—especially dinner—was excellent. Our child loved the playful details at breakfast, like colorful cups and eggs with drawn-on faces. The village is picturesque and perfect for walks with children. We would definitely choose this hotel again!
