The breakfast was very good, maybe i would preffer a little more variety (toast, or wursts) but the orange juice was perfect and the fruits also! The location of the hotel was perfect too because it was close to the slope, to the supermarket or to the centre. We liked the shuttle bus too. People who worked there were very polite.

The hotel was very nice, room was great with a view on the ski slopes, the pool was great for the kids but the biggest plus was being able to ski from and to the hotel. With small kids this was just amazing.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. In front of the hotel is a swimming lake surrounded by a garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax after a hike in the mountains.     Serfaus is a pretty and charming alpine village, in the Serfause-Fiss-Ladis resort. If you stay in the resort then you can get a very discounted 'summer card' lift pass, and access to about 12 cable-cars.There is a mid-level 'komperdell' (former summer grazing) with childrens play parks and alpine-hut restaurants. They serve tasty traditional dishes in addition to the norm. From here you can get cable cars to the high level mountainside above the tree line. Well marked paths link all the 'alpine huts' and cable car stations. There is a programme of events, many of which are for children, and they have a childrens club. Fabulous.

    Tidy picturesque village with gratis (!) subway (!) that brings you from your hotel (or from obligatory parking if you aren't staying overnight in the village) to the valley station of the cable car. You absolutely must take one of these cable cars to get into hiking/skiing areas above the village. I imagine this is a great place to spend time with kids, but also couples and bigger groups would find it nice.

    Relatively small but quite well-mainained bike park with varied trails for all skill levels. It's great that the town encourages leaving the car parked for the duration of your stay - it definitely makes walking around more pleasant!

    Serfaus is family-friendly but can also accommodate experienced skiers. Pistes are meticulously groomed every night for a perfectly smooth skiing experience. The domain is huge, spanning many ridges and intermediary valleys. It has high altitude, so the snow conditions are generally good.

    I think Serfaus is one of vthe best destinations in Tyrol. It has great faciulities, its great for familioes with kids of any age. Lots of plygraunds with unusual feacures at almost every cable car station. Some of them are really huge surounded by beautiful nature, the bikepark and singletrails are great, one of the bests with varius levels of expertise, Entire family will find someting to enjoy!

    If you want to have mountain view, call them as well.

    If you want to have mountain view, call them as well. The nice view is from rooms not facing the street, but the back part. Off course you do see the mountains from every where, but from back side is the most beautiful view.

    Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts, and the free depot was a great convenience for our family. The price was very reasonable, and we truly appreciated the warm and supportive service provided by Georg and his team. Thank you for your hospitality!
