The room was superb really warm and confortable and with a good size bath. Shower which I did not try was also available. Just what I needed after a 6 hour drive in the rain. There was also a riding school alongside and lots of ponies and cattle grazing and a pretty village. The hotel itself was absolutely charming, very old and traditional and offered a lot of extras to guests, such as a playroom, shop and coffee facilities on hand, plus delicious rolls for breakfast. Outside there is a big playground. Too bad it was raining so we cant ride the bike provided by the hotel nor playing in the playground. Lots of hiking trails around the hotel.
