Very nice place to stay close to Graz.
Very nice place to stay close to Graz. Only negative aspect was one impolite staff member. My question in English regarding hot water for oatmeal was met with scorn and I was directed to the container which stated 'tee'. She then mocked my query to her colleague. I don't speak German well but I understand it perfectly. Her comments were just rude. Perhaps label the container Hot Water? Pity this spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant overnight stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, which made me feel valued right away. The hotel itself looks freshly renovated with a lot of care put into the details—high quality materials, modern design, and everything spotless. My room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the whole place felt very quiet and restful. I slept much better than the average hotel.
