It was close to the lake but far from anything to do since it was off season. The gym equipment didn't work so that was a bummer and the pool was the size of a kiddy pool. In our opinion, the city is overrated and has long since passed its peak. There are positive exceptions, but it is not Monte Carlo, even if many would like to believe or convey this. If you think you want to do that, you're welcome and please have a good time, but overall it's overpriced and you can have an even better time for the same money in other places if you want to. It's all a question of taste, those who think they have it have usually never had one. There are certainly other places in Carinthia on other lakes where you could certainly feel more comfortable. Comfortable bed and the balcony at the second highest floor was great. Deers walking in the view gracing, fishes in the pond. Got a homey feel, and our pace came down a bit. A few places for bathing in the lake were included. This was appreciated as a lot of the lakeside is private.
