The cottage was extremely clean with very comfortable bed. Everything was of quality: furnishings, bed linen and towels (both very soft), dishes and hairdryer (which I have found pretty important, having had a number of accommodations on our way which had none at all). The owners were kind and accommodating. It was a great experience overall, sad couldn't stay longer.

My mum and I travelled from the UK to attend a memorial in Childers commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Backpackers fire. After letting the hostel managers know about our trip, we were treated with respect and dignity. I couldn't recommend them more!

Rooms at Childers Oasis Motel are located at the back of the property, away from the highway noise. Free WiFi and free parking are provided.

Beautiful location, close to Childers on a stud farm. Very friendly hosts. Quiet, peaceful location. Even had chocolate for the kids on arrival. We only stayed the night but wished we had tome to stay longer. Facilities were excellent.
