Seamless check in and a warm welcome from Jason who met us at the entry to the building and showed us personally to our apartment. Our ground floor 2xbed apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed with the most amazing over sized kitchen! Beds were very comfy and enjoyed lovely, continuous hot water supply from the showers in the updated bathrooms. Peaceful, safe location with great local cafes just footsteps away, plus well stocked IGA around the corner and city train close by. Altogether made for an ideal stay whilst in Melbourne.

We loved everything! Amy and Tommy have made their little unit very special. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and there are lots of little extras left for you in case you forgot to pack them. Shower was great, bed was very comfortable but quite high for short people! We would definitely love to stay again.

    Freat location. Visited a reataurant approx. 10 mins. away by taxi.Then taxi back to motel. The dining room menu looked great, but we had already booked in to other restaurant. Lobster Cave. Next time we will eat at motel restaurant.

    Beaumaris is in a nice area next to the beach.

    Beaumaris is in a nice area next to the beach. I have lived in Black Rock next to Beaumaris. As I was on a business trip I did not concern my self with the holidays aspect of Beaumaris. Beaumaris is rather isolated from good shopping areas. Beaumaris Bay Motel is old with inadequate parking onsite and on the street parking. It is isolated from good shopping and eating facilities. I would not recommend the Motel for anyone.

    Good location, very friendly staff, and clean rooms. This is a solid hotel that does what it says on the can. Excellent value for money. We didn't eat in the restaurant but apparently the steaks are fabulous.

    This hotel is in a fantastic location, just walking distance to the bay and small shopping centre. Very reasonably priced, nice sheets on the bed. There was a microwave in the room.
