My stay at Travelodge was thoroughly enjoyable. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport, as we had an early flight to catch. We decided to upgrade to the executive room at a reasonable price, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Additionally, the hotel offers designated car parking, which was convenient for us. The gas station was located just in front of the hotel too. For guests who prefer not to venture into the city, there is a restaurant and bar located within the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, adding to the overall positive experience.

    Hotel is really close to the airport and they are within walking distance of a nice eatery Tasmania Gourmet Seafood which is a huge plus. Staff in hotel was extremely pleasant and acceded to our request for using of a room with full kitchen to cook our dinner.

    Stairs to cottage are dangerous and not compliant.

    Stairs to cottage are dangerous and not compliant. Some of the pots/cutlery/dishes were dirty. Views were stunning. While I appreciate the request to not walk in the vines, most places use pics of people having a drink surrounded by vines as a selling point. Would have loved the option to follow a procedure to decontaminate and enjoy the outdoors more. Spider webs on roof above bed freaked out the Mrs.

    We walked from the airport to the hotel, around 20 - 30 mins and didn't break a sweat due to the nice breezy weather. Easy to self check in. Staff drop me directly at the caravan park (the next day) near the airport for my collection. Can buy some drinks from the petrol station before turning (checking) into the hotel. The shop selling fish and chip is nice but I find the portion a bit small.
