    A fantastic, clean and modern location in the Western Suburbs of Victoria. Getting around was made easy, car parking on site, eateries downstairs and supermarket. Beautiful spot with balcony overlooking the lake.

    Great location.

    Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, ice cream shop. From fifth floor we had a great view out to the city. Was a bonus to have two bathrooms in our Two bedroom apartment also.

    I made a mistake and Mercure Caroline Springs did not keep our deposit for any length of time. The hotel was ethical in all its dealings with us. Clean, comfortable and convenient all in a picturesque setting by the lake. Good shopping all around.

    Our flight out of Melbourne was cancelled and we were obliged to stay in Melbourne over night. The Mercure Melbourne Caroline Springs was the closest accommodation we could find at short notice and it exceeded our expectations, It was a pity that we only had a few hours there but the staff were very helpful and the room exceeded our expectations.

    Private Ensuit in a Luxury Homestay was breathtaking. Was clean to the highest standard. Comfortable and make you feel like home. Fit for any King or Queen. I say this is a 7 star Ensuit. Has pretty much everything you would want in a 7 star hotel. Staff was great. Room is spacious and just beautiful.
