We went out to Francoise Peron national park (4WD only), the Aquarium with lunch, and golf at the most westerly course and a good meal at the pub. Due to the weather our trip to Dirk Hartog was cancelled but we support the wise decision of the tour operator who provided us a 100% refund.

Beautiful town very relaxed great views and a couple of good pubs.
Visitor centre is well worth a visit plenty of history of the town.
Monkey Mia was brilliant seeing the dolphins close up was an experience we will never forget.
Ocean Park aquarium has plenty to see and provides a guided tour with a large amount of sea life to see. Guides very knowledgeable.
Plenty of beaches to visit and some awesome photo opportunities.
I can recommend Pauls tyres he fixed up my punctured tyre quickly and cheaply he also is the RAC call out man.

A truly lovely place. Well worth staying a few days.
A truly lovely place. Well worth staying a few days. Monkey Mia is overrated. Nobody told me that the only times you can see the dolphins is in the morning, IF they turn up (they didn't when I was there (for 2 hours). But Denham has a wonderful main street right on the waterfront with 2 pubs. Can I recommend the Old Pub (Shark Bay Hotel). It showed rugby league State of Origin and on that night pints were $7.50 all night. The whole town is friendly.

Quiet very sleepy seaside town.
Quiet very sleepy seaside town. A good base for tours, boating, fishing and kayaking.
Surrounded by National park, Monkey Mia, Lagoons, even a golf club! And gorgeous pristine ocean.
Nice foreshore walk
Beautiful sunset
Pub and Cafe were good value.
Apart from 4WD national Park, my 2WD sedan did me proud.

The Tasman Park is the perfect location to explore the wonder that is Denham and Shark Bay. Whilst there make sure you have a meal at the Pearlers Restaurant, the most photographed building in Denham. Naturally don't go past Monkey Mia for a day visit, well worth the extra drive and if you have a 4wd don't go past the Francois Peron National Park, the ocean views from up high at the point of Cape Peron are also worth the rugged drive!!! Another must is Little Creek which is great for snorkelling, the Creek runs into Little Lagoon, and at this place watch the sun go down and stay until the stars come out. You will be star struck, literally! The night sky is just something else due to no light pollution! I can't wait to go back!!

Denham is a great location to explore, especially the Monkey Mia Dolphin Feeding, Eagle Bluff, Shell Beach, Ocean Park Aquarium, and Shark Bay Discovery Centre with its HMAS Sydney II 3D and museum gallery. The Shark Bay area is one of the world's heritage sites, so everyone can definitely put this on their list of places to visit.

The location is second to none for Denham . Having the beach directly across from the accommodation on the quiet end of Denham and being able to watch the water all day. The owner and staff are very accomadating and have great plans with improvents to make it more personalised. We will definitely be visiting Denham again, and Bay Lodge will be the place we stay. Could not ask for any more from this amazing little town, and it's even better residents.

The motel units are marketed as basic and that is what they are. Brilliant location with ocean views and hotels for food and drink not too far either. we enjoyed the walk. Kitchen had all amenities, beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. we were only there for two nights so we were not looking for a resort style. laundry facility was good. had to buy the pegs we needed from the IGA next door. Short drive to Monkey Mia without the noise

Well located on the seafront at Denham, a nice motel style property with 2 double bedrooms- similar size - shops and restaurant next door. We were able to get trip pick up and car rental delivered to the property. Would recommend the Integrity bus to get there and The Pearler for dinner. Car hire with Shark bay car home and tour Sharks bay adventure tours.
The location was good, luckily we were on top floor overlooking water and not on ground level with view of garbage area. Our room was large and the hotel was walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were lucky to have booked a fantastic day at Dirk Hartog Island with Island Life Adventures which was the highlight of our time in Denham.
