Karma Kinglake was in the perfect location for us. Quiet, cottages apart from each other, and close to wineries. We were here for one night and wanted a room larger than a hotel one because we had to both briefly worked the next day. Having a good sized living room and a desk in the bedroom meant we could easily attend calls, do work. The person who works here was so helpful with check in and check out. It’s a friendly environment. The bed was very comfortable with a great shower area. You’re able to make tea/coffee. There is a fridge, a lot of mugs and some kitchen items.

It was tucked away in a quiet farm location with nice views of a pine forest and vineyard with friendly alpacas. A bucket of food was in the tiny house for their breakfast if you wanted to feed them. We loved that we could bring our dog and that there was even a dog kennel provided for her. Just bring your own bedding. Everything we required was provided for our one night stay to be comfortable. The host stayed in touch promptly by text message if we needed anything. A shower, kitchenware, towels and linen all provided. No tv or wifi so it’s great for the peace and quiet and to relax in nature. We loved it and would recommend to others.

The property was sitting on a very scenic piece of land directly infront of the lake. It had seating, a table and a fireplace ready to go at all times looking right at the lake. Inside was a very nice place to stay. Upstairs was super comfortable and an experience that I would recommend to all. It had everything you need basically in arms reach. Also keep in mind it’s a short drive to the town nearby that has everything you would need!

The apartment is located on a small farm on a hill, in the middle of a vineyard. Just like the pictures currently displayed on Booking. The location is very quiet, perfect for a family. The owner lives next door and was friendly. Nice two big dogs that our kids were happy to meet (separated by a fence so riskless). Our only regret: having stayed only for 2 nights.

Mark & Meg are fab hosts, friendly and welcoming, room was nice and tidy & view was nice too! Brekky was delicious! Hubby and I enjoyed a lovely chat with Meg after brekky, didn't feel like accomodation, felt like home. These guys have some incredible ideas up their sleeve for the future of Oaktree Guesthouse and they're continuously updating their facilities and doing what ever they can to make their guests comfortable. We'll be back in the future with kiddos in tow. Thankyou for a fab anniversary getaway for hubby and I. ♡♡
