Loved our room. Massive bathroom and amazing rainfall showers. Immaculately clean. Excellent location, just around the corner from night markets and multiple eating places. Rooftop restaurant at Oaks is delicious with great service and value for money. Perfect we would stay again and be recommending to friends.

My partner and I stayed in a King Suite and it was so lovely, clean and comfortable with modern touches. The layout was spacious, practical and made sense. I loved that the hotel provided a "courtesy room" to use after check-out, as we wanted to take a shower and freshen up before heading to the airport. We did not dine at the hotel's restaurants, but they looked nice. Muddy's Cafe was just a short walk away from the hotel which we highly recommend! As for parking, it was AUD15/ day for secure underground parking or free parking right in front of the hotel. Housekeeping was tidy and very efficient. The pools were fantastic. We would stay here again if we came back to Cairns. Thanks to the lovely team who made our babymoon stay very memorable!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—there was a coffee machine, elegant cups, and wine glasses. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The rooms are also soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. Although we didn’t use the pool or try the breakfast, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Excellent location of the hotel. Great water front view from room. Being corner room, we had additional view from other window in addition to main balcony. Staff was able to adjust the request for early check in as we reached hotel by 12 noon.
