Fabulous, welcoming and homely hotel. The staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem, breakfast and coffee were delicious each morning and the lunch we had was great. We loved this little hotel and everything about it. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Location was excellent as I had an early 5am train to catch from Gosford station. Room was suitable and I thought the shared restrooms were well stocked, clean, large and private.

No fault of the property or owners - (just a heads up - As it is a Tiny House, the main loft bed has very little head room - and not good if you are claustrophobic. However the living area has a very comfortable sofa bed that was perfect for a couple. The other quirk was (as it was a unique eco build) the toilet is a “nature loo”, (a bit off putting for city folk - we used the local service station when we wanted a normal loo). Also, despite being an eco home and several cooking appliances - there was no microwave. The owners were lovely to talk to on the phone - and easy to contact - but not very responsive to booking.com messages (better to call direct).
