    Absolutely love Margaret River, the people are so friendly.

    Absolutely love Margaret River, the people are so friendly. Everyone is just so chilled out and calm. Great mix of shops from fashion, gifts, food and books. The restaurants and bars are amazing especially Settlers and Elliott’s.

    It's a wonderful town to visit, with something to interest most people. Should have booked for another 3 days. Choice of restaurants great; we revisited 1 restaurant, from enjoying it about 8 years ago. ,

    Margaret River is a beautiful town. So quaint and welcoming.

    Margaret River is a beautiful town. So quaint and welcoming. The forests are amazing and there's such a sense of calm there. Being not far from the stunning coastline, having fabulous food and wineries nearby make it a great place to relax and get back to nature.

    very interesting with plenty of good eateries and tourist attractions. we dined at "the Settlers" in the main street. River motel restaurant great place to wine and dine. Margaret River chocolate factory great to visit.

    Staying in a good location meant that everything was within...

    Staying in a good location meant that everything was within walking distance. The bakery is definitely worth a visit. There are queues but I could see why. We visited the Tapas restaurant MORRIES which was great. Food and service was outstanding.

    The town is easy accessible.

    The town is easy accessible. You can walk up one side then down the other deciding where you want to eat. Just enough shops to look in and supermarkets if you are cooking for yourself. Pleasant modern town,busy with enough restaurants or enough takeaway shops if that is what you are after. Ten minute drive to the ocean. Plenty of street parking. Overall a pretty decent place with a great tourist information Centre

    The whole place had a wonderful, serene atmosphere. Our room was perfectly clean, and though not a huge room, it felt very spacious. We took advantage of the bbq area. I love how each room has its own little veranda set in the gardens. Steve is an excellent host! He is also environmentally conscious, which is great. The location is perfect. Next door is the Margaret River Brew House. It's a short walk into the centre of town. This is our second stay at Edge of the Forrest - it's a place you want to return to.

    This is a perfect location to explore Margaret River and all that it has to offer - forest trails, good coffee, fine dining and shops are all within walking distance. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil street and overlooks the forest if you're after serenity. Beautifully decorated upstairs kitchen and lounge area are great for relaxing after a busy day, while the balcony provides a spot to enjoy a glass of wine with a beautiful forest view. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this part of WA.

    Location is perfect, we walked everywhere from the house to margaret river town, walked to dinner, shopping, pub all of it... Secured back yard for dogs and close to walk trails, everything you could have needed inside the house and quite secluded being the rear unit. Bedrooms are neat with ceilaing fans and there is an aircon in the main living area. Its is definately a fair price for good accomodation.
