    The hotel was beautiful.

    The hotel was beautiful. The railway station was magnificent. Both definitely worth seeing. Maryborough is easy to get around. We ate at Bangkok Thai Restaurant. Excellent service at this restaurant and food excellent too. All in all a lovely place to visit.

    Lots of changes since I was here last, hard to find a couple of places. The Maryborough map in the motel was extremely useful and I felt completely safe exploring. I was there for a friend’s birthday.

    We spent very little time in the town.

    We spent very little time in the town. We were there for a family event. Maryborough is a medium sized country town. Shops close at 5pm. No night life. Did not see a pub open . We also lived there for ten years, but it was 15 years ago. Bit hard to review at this time when we basically stayed overnight then went home again

    Nice little town.

    Nice little town. Has all the major shops including Subway, KFC, McDonalds, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi & even K-Mart. It even has its own hospital. A lot of good history for an old Gold town. Great location to setup as a base camp to explore Central Victoria.

    Charming C19th goldfields town with friendly people.

    Charming C19th goldfields town with friendly people. Nearly all of the businesses are family owned and run. The service everywhere was great (I think cash is appreciated). Easily accessible from Melbourne by train. Beautiful railway station.

    Maryborough was great for a weekend away to catch up with...

    Maryborough was great for a weekend away to catch up with friends and look at some local sites. I really enjoyed the stay at the Bull and Mouth hotel and the meals were fabulous. I loved our Thai meal also and walking around the town looking at all the old buildings.

    The location is great, walking distance to everything. Lovely old, renovated hotel, it is modernised but also has the old charm to it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food great.

    The location was ideal for me and my reason for travelling to Maryborough. The bath towels were beautiful, soft, absorbent and white. The supplies of tea, coffee, sugar were generous. The shower was nice and hot.
