Perfect accommodation for a retreat, which was our motivation to get away from the kids and recover from a virus. Even though we got the suite without the direct view over the valley, the room has its own deck out the back where you can watch the sunrise in the morning from the bar table, and an outdoor bed to chill or read a book.

Absolutely gorgeous house, location and views. The house is well decorated and very functional. The bathroom has a huge bath and open shower with views to die for. Could easily accommodate 3x couples and a couple of kids on the sofa beds. Would be a fantastic weekend away. Cannot recommend this place enough! Absolutely amazing!!

    Montville is a lovely little locale with some great dining spots, art studios and natural elements to enjoy. We liked our brunch at Priscilla's Gallery and had yummy scones at Poet's Cafe. We also had some nice dinners in the Bar and Grill - good wines there too. We also enjoyed listening to the live music from the beer garden. Kondalilla and Gardner's Falls are worth the visit while you're here.

    Montville is a gorgeous town in the Sunshine Coast...

    Montville is a gorgeous town in the Sunshine Coast hinterland .. I just love it and keep coming back. So close to everything - including beaches, shopping centres - yet far enough away to escape from the world! Cool winters, open fireplaces and autumn leaves make the place even more special.

    Have been visiting Montville for a few years- the town is pretty with places to eat and stay but sadly it is getting old- footpaths are dangerous for the elderly-- empty shops everywhere and overpriced. Tourists will stop coming if prices increase and go elsewhere on the coast

    Lovely town to visit with some quaint shops cafes & restaurants. Everything was in walking distance. Can highly recommend the Flame Hills vineyard which you will need car to get to & Kondalilla Falls.

    a beautiful part of the Hinterland.

    a beautiful part of the Hinterland. The scenery, the village, the botanic garden and bird Avery, Glass house Mountains and Mary Cairncross reserve, Maleny cheese factory, Flame Hill Winery, The Barrel Vineyard all make it a perfect escape. Recommend a few nights stay.

    We had beautiful weather which gave us a good opportunity to look around the main street without the heat. Enjoyed our meal at the Montville Bar and Grill. The Edge Cafe had superb views and enjoyed their scones and coffee for morning tea.

    The townhouse was in a very central location set back from the street behind a shop. It was however very quiet and we loved we just had to walk down a drive and we were in the centre of everything. Montville is always lovely. The townhouse had good size bedrooms and bonus downstairs area as well. Everything you needed was there. We were given clear instructions on where to find the key. The hosts were wonderful and let us check in early. We were there for a girls weekend away and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

    Very friendly hosts, lovely atmosphere, great breakfast and loved the fresh baked danishes. The cabins were romantic with fresh flower, chocolates and port. Beautiful fireplace with heaps of wood, large bathroom with wall in shower, spa bath was amazing with bubble bath. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. This was the cleanest place we have ever been and I’m very picky as I’m a professional cleaner 5 stars guys!!!

    The treehouse was so clean and comfortable. The weather was grey and dreary and the fire was warm and the views over the valley wonderful! It was private and quiet and had everything we needed. Close proximity to the Main Street and easy check in. Had a great stay.
