We stayed 2 nights. They came in to make up our room, they saw we had food and put a microwave in our room. Very thoughtful of them. Nice clean room. Highly recommend!

Very comfy environment and nice location, just 15 mins drive to Brighton beach and puffing railway, 30mins drive to Moonlit Sanctuary Park. We had the room service for dinner which was very nice too. Definitely will recommend others to stay at this hotel who plan to SE suburb of Melbourne.

Total package...Funeral across the road, attended wake here too...could park car outside unit...as a former resident of NP.. amazing to see transformation of the 'ole pub"....revisited whole venue...all updated.. bright shiny like a new pin...Service from all staff brilliant as were the meals (& of course the drinks too)

The carpark is huge and quite empty..so parking is a breeze. The carpark also hosts a red rooster, shell petrol station and a dan Murphy's bottle shop warehouse. Rooms were modern, clean and had easy access. The hotel gave us 2 free drinks at the bar. We didn't have time to use the bistro but had a coffee and free snacks at the pokies venue. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

    The service by the receptionist was fantastic with a late check in. Previously we stayed somewhere else and there was drug deals happening. This was place fantastic, as it was quiet and everyone doing the right thing. It felt safe. Heaps of car parks and the room was what we needed for the night.

    Mount Waverley is the bush of the suburbs.

    Mount Waverley is the bush of the suburbs. There are plenty of parks and walking trails through bush land. I would highly recommend Valley reserve for a relaxing, quiet walk. Pinewood shops have plenty of great places to eat, with lots of variety in cuisine to choose from. There are numerous bus routes, but it would be easiest to get around with a car.

    Location was good as there is a shopping precinct opposite the hotel. decor was very dated but the room itself is clean. Shower is very hot.The bed was very comfortable. If you’re not worried about decor and want good value for money. This is a place for you to stay. Receptionist was quite accommodating. I was having trouble with the television. Someone came within minutes. Only $109 a night, mobile deal only.

    It was very reasonably priced. The staff were very pleasant & polite. The staff were the nicest thing about the hotel. Parking was very convenient, and location is perfect just off highway with nearby shops.

    Coles is 2 minutes walk from Hotel so breakfast is sorted. Hotel administration was nice to keep my luggage after check out for some time free of cost
