The staff is super attentive and kind. In the reception, Gustavo is the best and he will accommodate your needs in the best way! The beds were super comfortable, as well as pillows, shower and all amenities offered. The view is amazing, with easy access to the closest city and beachfront.

    its changing and seems to have had a influx of younger people for the better. we ate at the indian which was fabulous food and Matildas for pizza. I love the walk around the river and out past the golf course. Its very pretty and not crowded. We have land on this town as our halfway point north and its always a pleasant stay and the town itself is set well over various aspects of the river and has a few really nice cafes like the wharf cafe for breakfast.

    A great spot for families to holiday, beautiful walk along...

    A great spot for families to holiday, beautiful walk along the riverfront and out to the end of the 'V' wall breakwater at the entrance of Nambucca River to the ocean. You can occasionally spot dolphins and whales. The funky painted rocks/concrete cubes along the 'V' wall are fun to read telling tales of happy family holidays year after year.

    Lovely walk along the river to the seafront.

    Lovely walk along the river to the seafront. Not too far by road to a great boardwalk at Urungar, wetlands, various headlands, Coff's Harbour and the botanic gardens at Coffs Harbour where we spotted a powerful owl and lots of different fungi after the rain.

    We loved the viewing platforms to see the beaches, as Cyclone Alfred brough great waves. The rain was plentiful, but the shops were nearby and the clubs for meals were great. the mosaic display outside the police station were great. We only got a small amount of time because the weather made us return home. But will definitely be going back next year.

    I enjoyed the easy access to Woolworths, the Fish and Chip shop on the main street- Calamari and chips was excellent. I enjoyed eating outdoors at Wellington Reserve and walking along the sea wall with my dog. The views of the sea and river are excellent.

    There were fantastic little town shops and a great supermarket. There are two excellent health food shops, quaint shops of every description and plenty of coffee shops and cafes. Yummy fish and chips shops and also a fresh fish monger to buy beautiful fresh fish to cook. There is a library, also NSW Service Centre if needed and Services Australia, both with lovely helpful and friendly staff. Nambucca Heads is a hidden gem for holidays.

    We loved everything about our stay. It was super clean and smelt amazing. Marlie even had her own backyard, which was a lovely suprise.The staff were so helpful and friendly.
