The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent. But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

Great location, the room was small but very clean and comfortable. The bed was made on lovely and all the linen smelt fresh. We were on a motorcycle and the owner offered us to park under the office carport in the shelter, thought that was very kind.

Room is clean and price is reasonable. We arrived one hour early before the checkin time and our room have not ready yet. When we came back, the manager gave us a family pass of animal adventure as gift even though it is not their fault. We really enjoyed the animal adventure on the last day we were in Port Stephens. Definitly will come back next time.
