Magnificent scenery.
Magnificent scenery. There are so many walks and climbs to choose from. Wild flower heaven especially for native orchids. Best to be prepared with bringing down some of your meals, the options for food is limited and expensive. Short drive to Albany with different type of attractions.Guest review byLynette - 10.0

Have been many times but never had the time to stop. Now will be our Breakaway place in future. If you like hiking, this place is for you.
If you like hiking, this place is for you. The view from Castle Rock is amazing and I look forward to going again and doing some more walks. There are lots of lovely wineries. Lunch at Zarephath is a must (as is their wine) and the wine from Castle Rock is one of my favourites. The Karribank also had good food and was a good place to take the kids as they have a sandpit with a fort.Guest review byMariaAustralia
