Small business area in a leafy northern Sydney suburb intersected by main highway. Great French cafe but other shops are minimal. Not advisable to attempt crossing the busy highway on foot other than via traffic light crossings or rail underpass. Worth a drive through some of the local streets around Telegraph Rd to see some of the considerable mansions in the area. Pymble is a great place fo be staying for a short business trip. Its well located for getting around town via public transport or car and has everything you'll need for food, leisure, exercise and rest. Within 500m walking distance, you can get to the Gordon Cenfre with a plethora of cuisines for dining out or take away, basic shopping needs and entertainment. The room was small but comfortable, contained a microwave and eating utensils and cutlery. There was also a kitchen available for the use of guests. I'd definitely stay here again, but when you leave the room check that the door is locked. We had difficulty locking our room. Nice cold aircond, esp during the muggy summer days. Ear plugs as the hotel is located next to a main arterial and train tracks. Nice touch with ear plugs.
