Convenient location, comfortable and roomy. Had sink which was handy (but didn’t have plug). Beds were comfy and once shower regulated was good pressure. Could do with another towel racks (nowhere to hang more than 2 wet towels). Had charging points within PowerPoints which was handy, good amount of PowerPoints, strong wifi reception. Lots of parking available. Bit dark at back of hotel if parking at night, security walking around property. Walls were thin and could hear others coming and going all night/early morning in corridors, as well as coughing, talking in next room. The Coliseum is an impressive building with value-for-money meal options. I always loved staying at Novotel because of the big rooms, amenities and friendly staff. However, some of the cushion could be replaced or washed regularly, it was dusty and itchy. Also, there's not a lot of dining options considering it's Christmas and boxing day. Their own restaurant is closed and the club had very little options. The room was perfect, clean and breakfast was just the ticket. We were able to meet family in the hotel and share breakfast with them before a significant family event.
