Very comfy environment and nice location, just 15 mins drive to Brighton beach and puffing railway, 30mins drive to Moonlit Sanctuary Park. We had the room service for dinner which was very nice too. Definitely will recommend others to stay at this hotel who plan to SE suburb of Melbourne.

It was clean, well positioned and easy to access. the parking was good and the guest wifi speed was also good. The room was quiet, which is great. the front desk team was awesome, the crew at the restaurant was brilliant, so was the food! we had an excellent stay .

Total package...Funeral across the road, attended wake here too...could park car outside unit...as a former resident of NP.. amazing to see transformation of the 'ole pub"....revisited whole venue...all updated.. bright shiny like a new pin...Service from all staff brilliant as were the meals (& of course the drinks too)

    No WiFi as promised. No channels other than local.

    No WiFi as promised. No channels other than local. No soap at all in bathroom or room at all, we had to buy some to wash our hands etc. Clean enough, but no cleaning was offered during our stay. We asked for assistance around TV and WiFi two or three times, but nobody came as promised. 3 chairs at table but 4 of us staying in the room. Upstairs room, which we weren't informed about (pics suggest its single story accommodation) so wasn't great having a child with a disability. Nice location, view is of powerlines so a bit ordinary. Loud traffic noise as it's on a main road. Room wasn't ready at 2pm check-in after driving 11 hours from interstate - so we had to wait in the check-in area for around 30 minutes. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarkets etc.

    The hotel is under new management and they are doing great. Jean-Paul is managing the hotel with his best effort, who is friendly and always there to help. Nice stay, with clean rooms and complementary breakfast. Hope to return there in near future.

    very clean and spacious room, bathroom is modern with rain shower, good wifi, very comfortable bed. Though hotel is close to main road, traffic noise could not be heard in the room.
