Michaele was very nice and all the staff as well, the brekky was good and definitely recommend it, its very well located, the room is comfortable and of course I plan to return.

Breakfast was not an option at the hotel but we found a lovely coffee shop in Sale. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very efficient. The woman (owner) we spoke to when we checked in at reception was very friendly and helpful and told us about restaurants that were open for dinner in Sale. She also contacted us after we left about a couple of items that our friend had forgotten in her room...very nice to have that kind of attentive follow up and service.
