No help is available - there is no tourist office and the...
No help is available - there is no tourist office and the campsite and accommodation are not manned. The cycling route in and out of the town is at times on the main road with lethal traffic. The Shakespeare statues are great but we couldn't find the brochure for them (there as one at the Port of Sale that we should have picked up). All in all Stratford is a nice town but you are on your own to find things out.

The accommodation at The Avon Inn was clean, comfortable, quiet and easy to find. The pub was very busy so we ate at the "Taste of Avon" This lovely restaurant was a real find. Food, atmosphere, service and choice of drinks (non-alcohol wines and beers , that tasted great) were excellent. A post prandial walk through Stratford at night was safe and pleasant.

the location and stay was just right for what we were...
the location and stay was just right for what we were looking for. the room was old, but i was informed they were slowly upgrading, it was still clean and well maintained. we were offered bbq facilities, but they were in the process of upgrading so walked 5 min to the local bbq, they had great new upgraded facilites and a play ground for the kids.

Fresh and everything had its place and worked!
Liked the pet friendly rating. Stratford is a fabulous location for access to surrounding towns and saves time driving.

It was clean and a nice room. Perfect for our needs as we were in Stratford for family wedding. Key code to access room was great. Close to everything in town.

Ease of access to the room and hotel. You could tell that they had put time and money in to improve the facilities.
