    A great little town. Friendly store keepers.

    A great little town. Friendly store keepers. Lots of goodies to be found. And (most important for me,) the terrain is perfect to leave the car at the hotel and go for a long long walk! We brought our own food - mainly to save the pennies and the facility worked for us.

    Great little town! Loved Bar Musque with tapas. The food was Devine with friendly service. A definite must do for everyone! A Wine Wagon wine tour was good value for money. Stopped at the Saturday markets before heading to four wineries for tastings and lunch was delicious! So much food- all included in the price. Thanks Timo! Had tea at The Clubhouse on Saturday night. Fantastic food. Warm fire and great atmosphere.

    Tanunda is the doorway to Barossa Valley.

    Tanunda is the doorway to Barossa Valley. Best area to stay to explore Barossa Valley. Town has enough facilities and eateries. Information Centre is great, staff there very knowledgeable to advise best way to make use of your time and where to visit etc

    Favourite places were Z Wines, Brothers at War,...

    Favourite places were Z Wines, Brothers at War, RieslingFreak, and Alkina (this last one is a bit out of Tanunda). Bar Musque is great for dinner. Very easy to get around Tanunda - a lot within walking distance. All wineries, restaurants were great as a solo traveller, and there are some cute townships to explore as well.

    The easy access to all the local cellar doors and attractions that the Barossa Valley is renowned for. Tanunda is in the middle of the area with some great winery's a simple walk or bike ride away.

    Tanunda is a nice town but found some of the restaurants charging exorbitant tarrifs. A Day On The Green concert was fantastic. Good position for visiting other Barossa towns. Local taxis were friendly and affordable. Well done the cabbies.

    Always a pleasure dealing with Louise and Renee, very fast respond. The accommodation is immaculately clean and spotless. The property is well maintained as well. I think is way better than some Australian 5 star hotel. I felt welcome and warm when arrived at the unit, Renee have switched on the heater to welcome us in a cold Barossa weather. Is within walking distance to the town centre. I highly recommend to book this property when you want to stay in Barossa.

    We stayed at The Wine Vine hotel for a wedding in early January. The room was spacious and clean and the location is very good. The air conditioning was much appreciated in the January heat. The shower was good with lovely tap wear. Only a short distance from the main shopping strip of Tanunda with lovely cafes and restaurants as well as all the amenities you could need. The reception staff were really lovely helpful and pleasant.

    The property is in a good spot in Tanunda. The bed extremely comfortable, and the shower pressure brilliant. The restaurant is excellent as well (the chef cooked my steak to a perfect medium rare. Thank you!). The staff extremely helpful and friendly 😊
