    Very comfortable and friendly hotel with good facilities. We appreciated the air conditioning and the comfortable bed. Plenty of space in our room and for clothing and luggage. Only drawback was the tightness of the bathroom when trying to get to the toilet behind the door.

    Two bedroom apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was roomy with all the toiletries etc needed. Across the road from watergardens shopping centre so easy to get supplies. Full kitchen with all appliances you would need.

    We got sick while we were in Melbourne and the excellent location, e.g., near shops, restaurants, and pharmacies, and groceries helped us recuperate faster. Everything was conveniently located and we have an easy time buying things that we need. Also, it is an apartment hotel where you have kitchen, ktichen utensils, washer and dryer, oven and microwave ; it's like a home away from home with all the necessities you need.

    Shower head had no pressure not sure if that’s something that can be fixed by replacing shower head Children staying on same floor were running and screaming through the corridor very early on Sunday morning whilst their parents stood and watched - out of the hotels control - maybe just put parents with small children in a seperate building to families with adult kids
