    We loved that it was so close to the beach! It was also not as busy as other parts of the Island so was very quiet and relaxing with amazing views! Also only 10mins from the track and go karting was so much fun!

    Lovely quiet part of Phillip Island but short travel time to all the attractions we visited. Very much recommend visiting the wildlife park in Cowes and Churchill Island. Markets on everywhere we went. Delightful short term stay, we all loved our time there.

    Bernadette, our host, was amazing!

    Bernadette, our host, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was wonderful. As a local, she was able to highlight and recommend best places to visit and eat/drink. The place was beautiful and peaceful. The room had what seemed like a new bathroom, with a spa that was truly fabulous! It was spacious and clean. Property was to everything, literally next door to the penguin parade, however surprisingly wasn't impacted by any traffic and 10 min max, drive to Cowes. Internet downstairs was a little slow, however worked perfectly upstairs in lounge and dining area. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious continental style and Bernadette endured it was laid out fresh each morning when we arrived. Loved my stay! Would definitely recommend

    Been going down the island all my life Ventnor is quite serene and peaceful side of the island the Bayview Cottage made us feel so at home. The wild food farm at Rhyll was amazing so too was the Winery all these years going to the island didn’t know where there. Great food great atmosphere loved the whole weekend Thank you 🙏

    It was a fabulous one night stay. Everything was perfect. The barn house was huge and comfortable. Love that the beds comes with heater, full kitchen with dishwasher (though we didnt use it), a washer & dryer and outdoor BBQ. There were scissors and chopsticks which were really handy too! We had hours of amazing fun with the Pool table. Location was central to Penguin parade and coles. Kids were thrilled that the ducks came to visit us at the porch. Would love to stay again! Thanks Bob for making the check in arrangements!

    The room was great, clean, modern facilities etc. The wi-fi was non-existent. The smoke alarm went off twice for no reason. Be aware that you are close to the GP circuit and can hear the engines revving constantly during the daytime.

    Location was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the beach. It’s also quite central to accessing the various attractions on Phillip Island by car (Cowes, Penguin Parade, surf beaches). Our family was also able to ride our bikes from the house to Cowes, only having to ride on quiet roads in Ventnor, the rest is all off-road path to Cowes. House was spacious, modern and very tidy, and had everything we needed. Lots of games are available and there’s a lot of indoor and outdoor space to relax.

    The location was Excellent ,Ventnor Beach was only six minutes away in the car, The property had a relaxed atmosphere beautiful decking overlooking farm animals, The kitchen was excellent well stocked with even a coffee plunger. Management was extremely accommodating, allowing us to take a small Chihuahua and approving a late checkout accommodating my elderly mother I would not hesitate to stay at this property again . 😊

    The property was new, clean and across vast green pastures with cows roaming around. Just 10min walk from Ventnor beach or 2 min drive. Quite and peaceful location. There were bunnies visiting early morning in the garden.
