Had an amazing time at the hotel. The room view towards the lakeside was heavenly. Loved the food whether breakfast or Dinner. I would love to come back thousand times. Loved the vibes, quite friendly and respectful staff.

One of the most comfortable rural retreats I've ever stayed at. The staff were every friendly and the individual logdes are well furnished. There's clearly been a lot of thought has been put in to making them nice. The outdoor spaces with the stoves and armchairs are particularly good.

We have chosen this hotel with my family for a quick 1 night stay. I would say that I have been AMAZED by the hospitality and the concept of the hotel. Not to mention, the comfort and the design of the Hotel that is located near the Hills and Mountains, which is something rarely seen in Azerbaijani region hotels. Although we have been greeted with not so ideal weather conditions, Hill Chalet Hotel Qabala did not fail to deliver their services to the best of their needs. Safe to say, they really exceeded my expectations. Definitely planning on coming back and staying for al lot more than 1 night next time! Special thanks to Mister Tayyar, Mister Elmar and Mister Farid for their hospitality and extra attention to the detail :) As someone who has been one of the first(if not the first) who booked their stay through this website, I am strongly recommending this Hotel!

The hotel rooms, staff and everything was great. It’s a nice resort to relax at and plan a trip to. They have two pools (outdoor is closed during winters) and quite a few games like fooseball, table tennis and snooker which you can play during your time there. The spa and massage is also quite amazing.

I did have a great experience at lakeside hotel and spa. All hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast at hotel was awesome. As we are vegetarian manager Mr.Ceyhun did his best to serve us with all the vegetarian options available with him. Overall very great stay.

This was our second time staying at this lovely hotel, and it was just as great as the first. The location is amazing—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by forest. It’s the perfect retreat to relax. The staff was great—helpful, friendly, and always there to make our stay enjoyable. Our tour guide, Xeyyam, was really fun, cheerful, and knew a lot about the area. We really enjoyed learning about the local history while getting some much-needed rest.

    I have been to Gabal few times.

    I have been to Gabal few times. However there is not much to do in the city , properties like this offer private leisure experience, when you want only your dudes or besties around and have all facilities for fun and bun. There are lot’s of gril shops and local dining spots around the city , not only for gourmets but also for those who no more enjoy grilling their own meat. Fancy stuff? Try your luck in hotels.

    Gabala is a very nice, green area with many facilities...

    Gabala is a very nice, green area with many facilities around. Its a great place for relaxation and exploring the mountains. Some of the popular activities are a bit underwhelming, like the Tufandag cable car and Yedi Gozel waterfall. I would not recommend these. Instead do day trips to Sheki and Gakh which are very pretty and culturally rich towns

    We spent one night at Qafqaz Tufandag and everything was excellent—service, food, and atmosphere. Although our room was on the ground floor with no view, the outdoor terrace offered breathtaking mountain scenery. Dinner was unforgettable, with a talented Azerbaijani singer adding charm to the evening. The cable car ride was a highlight—peaceful and beautiful. Overall, an exceptional experience.

    Gabala is a fantastic destination for relaxation and family fun, surrounded by lush landscapes and natural beauty. It offers a variety of attractions, including the vibrant Lavender Field, Nohur Lake, the Tufandag Mountain Resort with its scenic cable car rides, and numerous breathtaking waterfalls. It's truly a wonderful place to create memorable moments with loved ones." Roadside restaurants are also amazing.

    Gabala is a beautiful place where one can relax in the midst of nature. The Nohur lake is very beautiful. The cable car ride was stunning. The visits to the Lavender farm, Savalan Winery and Alpaca farm were a great experience.

    Location is perfect to explore the ruins of ancient Gabala. We walked to the ruins from the hotel before breakfast. The hotel is actually located at the Gabala Archaeological Center. We saw two skeletons and many more artifacts on display at the lobby. Breakfast was perfect, served outdoor, in a beautiful gazebo in a beautiful garden.

    We took the cottage for 2 nights and it was really amazing with a well maintained garden and amazing view. The hotel had activities for the kids and was very close to the Gabalaland kids amusement park. Also the cable car is like 5 mins walk.
