Location was perfect. The Hotel is located in city center and I was able to visit every planned place within 10 minutes. Staff were very hospitable and tried to do their best to make me feel happy. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely one of the the best hotels in Baku city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Horn Apart Hotel in Baku from July 23 to July 29, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and hospitality provided by the staff. A special mention must go to Zumured, who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. Her warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. Yasin, Norlin, and Tapreez were also outstanding, each contributing to a seamless and enjoyable stay with their professionalism and attention to detail. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city's main attractions while offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Overall, my stay at the Golden Horn Apart Hotel exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and look forward to returning in the future. The hotel is new, the location is convenient. Walk at a calm pace to the center for 20-30 minutes, by taxi it’s very fast, the trip will cost about 3 manats. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There are all necessary equipment in the room. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I recommend this hotel. Ideal price-quality ratio. The team at Hyatt was exceptional. Right from check-in staff to chefs to servers to security personnel to managers. All of them helped us a lot. When my friend had forgotten his phone in a cafe in downtown, security person 'Mohammed' came forward and helped us figure out where it could've been lost. He also found numbers of probable cafes and dialed them all to check if it was there. Finally, he could locate it in one of the cafes and we could go back there and pick it back. Also, Kamran from the restaurant area assisted us wholeheartedly to plan our itinerary, gave us useful tips for local sightseeing and assisted us having a conversation with our car rental company for critical clarifications.
