Staff are exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful. The room is always very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and came around in the afternoon to see if I needed extra help or water. Location is good. Very accessible but away from the area with heavy traffic. Food in the hotel is good and there are bakery, Korean restaurant, seafood restaurant within walking distance too.

Great customer service. Mr Towfik and his team went above and beyond to meet all our needs and made us feel at home. The rooms have comfortable beds and fitted with necessary amenities. I have been to Dhaka five times and this by far the best hotel I have ever stayed. It is on a quiet tree lined street. The service is the most thoughtful and lovely. They have a great pool. Rooms are really comfortable and elegant. The food in the restaurant is really good too!
